How far in advance should I book?
Book early for summer and holiday dates. Longer bookings receive priority.
What is the minimum booking length?
Minimum stays vary by date and vehicle. The booking calendar shows the current requirement.
Do you offer airport pickup and island delivery?
Pickup at Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK) is standard. Paid island delivery is also available.
What is included in the booking price?
Vehicle amenities may include a Serena & Lily umbrella, chairs, towels, and a beach blanket. Vehicles include a Nantucket town beach permit.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The refundable deposit amount appears in the quote and is released after the booking, subject to any charges.
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers need a valid U.S. driver's license. Drivers under 30 need written approval from East End Reserve.
Can the vehicles leave Nantucket or travel on the ferry?
No. Vehicles must remain on Nantucket.
Are pets, beach gear, sand, or food allowed in the vehicle?
Pets and beach gear are allowed. Return the vehicle tidy and remove excess sand.
Is mileage limited?
Mileage is unlimited.
How does fuel work?
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level, unless prepaid fuel applies.
What happens if there is an issue during my booking?
